Jeanne Boschert
Owner/CEO
Jeanne Boschert is a Healthcare Consultant with more than 25+ years' experience. She has held both inpatient and outpatient management positions, she has served as a CEO and managed multistate facilities. Her career has offered her the opportunity to serve from the bedside to the boardroom. She now works with medical practice management professionals and large healthcare systems to implement new and innovative approaches to operate cost effectively. She specializes in helping create strategy, processes, and policies to execute initiatives to manage risk and coordinate care across systems to create compliance.
Jeanne developed Corporate Compliance programs, processes, policies and training for a multistate hospital management company as well as multifacility Long term care agencies. Jeanne had oversite of Implementation of all policies, procedures and processes for 2 startup homecare companies. She Managed to develop a plan for quality care delivery for multiple organizations in struggling facilities to reach regulatory and compliance measures with 100% success and accuracy. She can troubleshoot and prioritize high risk areas for companies through Organizational assessment of processes and procedures.
After having served for many years in management and executive positions in healthcare, she naturally developed a love for the operations and business side of healthcare. So, she set a personal goal to complete a business degree to compliment her clinical and executive experience.

I have always been passionate about healthcare and being in a field that could affect so many people lives. I have been honored to serve in so many roles from the bedside to the boardroom.

Chosen by American Healthcare Association to author Nurse Assistant training course in 2010, 2013 and 2017Jeanne Boschert, RN brings over 25 years of experience in both long term care and behavioral health. Jeanne has authored a certified 40-hr behavioral health case management training program, a certified feeding assistant program, and a competency-based curriculum for both nurse assistants and licensed staff in long term care. Since 1999, Jeanne has been writing and developing programs, policies and training materials for a variety of healthcare providers. Jeanne has served as a CEO of an outpatient behavioral health center, VP of Clinical Relations and Program Development and VP of Corporate Compliance. She trains and speaks nationally for the Pharma industry and State lead AHCA preceptor programs.
